• Course Title: e-Service Development Workshop for ASEAN Women

• Workshop Objectives:

– To select a field of e-Service development for ASEAN Women based on the result from the Preliminary Research

– To produce a plan for the development/ improvement, and delivery of e-Service toolkit to be disseminated across ASEAN member states

– To propose an e-Service development strategy tailored to the specific areas of ASEAN women’s concerns.

• Workshop Period: Sept.23 to Sept.30, 2014

• Venue: Centennial Hall at Sookmyung Women’s University, Seoul, Korea

• Number of Participants: 20 (2 people from 10 ASEAN member states)

– Academic Background: BA degree or higher education degree in the relevant field

– Current occupation: Public officials or professionals with work experience mainly engaged in the field of developing, operating, managing online public service for at least five years.

– Linguistic ability: Good command of both written and spoken English

– Computer ability: Good knowledge of computer skills (Internet, MS Office, Social Network Service)

– Language: English
