ITU Area Office for South East Asia

She had her Master’s in Electrical Engineering Education in University of the Philippines. Her fields of experts are Gender in ICTs, Telecommunication/ ICT Policy and Regulations and Cybersecurity. She joined ITU in 2005 and has since then been working on the promotion of telecommunications development through direct country and sub-regional actions, advisory services, and capacity building in the Asia-pacific region.

Professor Young-Kyu Moh is an Associate Professor in the division of Economics at Sookmyung Women’s University. He has earned his MA in Economics at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and also completed his Ph.D in Economics at the Ohio State University in US. He served as an assistant professor at Texas Tech University and Tulane University in USA.

Irene has a marketing degree and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. Due to her decade of practical experience in managing businesses, she is able to understand the real needs of business users. She has implemented numerous successful banking and financing projects in many different industries.

Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU)

She received Ph.D in Development Communication and Development Management in University of the Philippines at Los Banos. She was the Chair of the Asia Pacific Telecentre Network (APTN). Currently, she is the Director of the “Development Communication Knowledge Management Center (DCKNMC)” at STOU.

Prita Ismayani Sriwidyarti

Assistant Deputy Director for Law and Legal Documentation

Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection

She gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science from Jenderal Soedirman University and Master’s Degree in Information Technology Services in Institute Technology of Bandung. She also participated in Competency Development Program in PPM School of Management and Capacity Building training of Gender Policy in Sookmyung University.
